Research

The Global Health Law Consortium seeks to bring together its members to facilitate collaborative global health law research projects. Much of this collaborative scholarship is developed through Working Groups, established for a set period of time to deliver on a specific project that advances the mission of the Consortium. To support the publication of scholarly articles on the theory, research, and practice of global health law, Consortium members have developed a quarterly column series on ‘Global Health Law’ in the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics and launched a new Journal of Global Health Law.

Collaborative Scholarship

The GHLC collaborates both in smaller working groups as well as through its full membership to drive scholarship, training, and advocacy in global health law.

JLME Global Health Law Column Series

This quarterly column on “Global Health Law” in the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics features timely analyses and perspectives on law, policy, and justice in global health.
